UAE Ministry of Economy Director of WTO Affairs Saeed Al- 
Nasibi, who is in Geneva on business.  Al-Nasibi's assistant 
confirmed that he had received the initial U.S. services 
offer, and noted that the UAE is still working on its offer. 
He emphasized that the UAE is unlikely to consider 
liberalization of its service sectors in the near future.
