¶3.  Post has reviewed available human rights files; the above 
individuals has not been determined to be identifiable with 
individuals involved in or accused of human rights abuses. 
 
¶4.  Post realizes that, due to delays in the Governent of El 
Salvador's provision of names and infomation regarding 
prospective trainees, this requst does not meet the 10-day 
timeframe usually reuired for completion of the vetting 
process.  Wewould nonetheless appreciate all efforts by the 
rlevant bureaus to facilitate these candidates' 
prticipation, if possible.
